This screen displays all payments applied to a specific child support case. As a result, it might show payments that do not appear on the screen that shows payments made to you. For example, this screen will show payments on fees, and payments Wisconsin collected on your case and sent to another state. Those payments will not be shown on the screen listing payments Wisconsin made to you.
Payments made within the last 30 days will auto display. You may also view information about payments made on this case in the last 60 or 90 days, current year to date and the last five years. Payments are listed by the date they were entered in Wisconsin's child support computer system (KIDS), with the most recent payment on top.
If you need data that is no longer online, contact the KIDS Information Line and request a payment history. The following data will be displayed:

To change the data displayed to another case or time period, click the appropriate radio button(s) and click Submit. (For more instructions, read Getting Started.) Remember: When you are done using CSOS, logoff the website and then close all browser windows to exit CSOS.
To print the payment information displayed, click Print Version. A new window will appear. Then click the Printer icon on the toolbar. Caution: The printout contains personally identifying data about your case. Store it in a secure place.
If no payment information is available, change your search criteria and try again. To report an error in data displayed, please contact your local child support agency.
