Updating your contact information in CSOS also makes it available to your child support agency.
Updates take effect in CSOS immediately.

Select View/Edit your Contact Info from the drop down menu under the Contact Info menu.
Your current phone numbers, email, Home and Mailing addresses are displayed on the Contact Information screen.
Phone – Home, Cell and Work phones are displayed. If a phone number does not exist in your record, “None on file” is displayed. If a you are willing to accept texts on a phone number, "Accept Texts” is displayed.
Email – Primary and Secondary emails are displayed. If an email does not exist in your record, “None on file” is displayed.
Address – Home and Mailing addresses are displayed. If no address exists in your record, “None on file” is displayed.
If an existing Phone and/or email does not exist or is not valid:
Click the red Edit button located under the email address on the Contact Information screen. On the Edit Contact Info screen, type the updated number in the corresponding box, i.e. type the Home phone number in the box next to Home, etc. You may enter up to three different types of phone numbers: Home, Cell, Work. You may select the Yes or No "Accept Texts” buttons if you wish to indicate that you are willing to accept texts at that phone number.
In the Primary Email box, type in a new or updated email address. If you have a secondary email address, you may type that in the Secondary Email box.
To delete a phone number or email address, just blank out the number or email address.
If an existing address (Home or Mailing) is not valid:
Click the red Edit button under the address you want to edit.
The type of address defaults to Domestic. If you have an International or Military address, select the International or Military radio buttons.
Add the new address by filling in the required fields:
For Domestic addresses, Street, City, State and Zip Code are required fields.
For International addresses, Street, City and Country are required fields.
For Military addresses, Street, City, State and Zip Code are required fields.
Click the red Save button to save your updates and return to the Contact Information screen. A confirmation message will be displayed. Your address will be updated immediately in CSOS.
If your address information is no longer valid, and you do not have a Home or Mailing address to replace it, select the red Delete button under the address you wish to delete. A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete this address. Select Yes to delete. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen indicating that your updates were successful.
Note: You cannot delete both Home and Mailing addresses.
If one or both of your addresses is unverified, a message will appear at the top of the Contact Information screen:
You have an unverified address. If listed address is valid, please select “Verify”. If the address listed is not valid, please select “Edit”.
Select the red Verify button to verify the address. Otherwise select Edit.
Safe At Home addresses cannot be updated or deleted in CSOS. Please contact your local child support agency to update a Safe At Home address.
