WISCCRS limits the size of documents to 4 megabytes or smaller. If the user tries to upload a document larger than 4 megabytes, WISCCRS will display the message “unable to process”. Refer to the WISCCRS User Guide-Documents for more information regarding optimal scanning. Although black and white scanning is recommended when uploading documents in WISCCRS, the hard copy document must also be maintained if color signifies or conveys critical information.
