The staff person performing the complaint intake must determine whether the provider/center that is the subject of the complaint is licensed or unlicensed. This can be determined through a search in WISCCRS by the center address and/or a name search. For information on handling complaints when the center is unlicensed, see the section on Unlicensed Complaints.
