WebI page

The “WebI” page in the "Worker Tools" is only accessible by a W-2 FEP. This page contains links to some of the commonly used FEP-level WebI reports. FEPs do not need to have a WebI user ID to open these reports. Each report will be filtered to the FEP’s caseload and the FEP will only be able to see their caseload data.

CL Report 03: W-2 Caseload Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants for the previous month. Eligibility dates, EP Status, and placement begin and end dates are included.

Load dates: Data is loaded the third business day of every month.

RP740Q: W-2 Placement & Activities Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants as of the end of last week. EP begin and end dates, episode begin date, placement begin date, and activities with scheduled hours are included.

Load dates: Data is loaded every Sunday.

RP740TANF: TANF Activities Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants as of the end of last week. EP end date, episode begin date, placement begin date, and activities with scheduled hours are included. The WPR “tentative meeting” calculation based on the single week’s assigned activities is also included.

Load dates: Data is loaded every Sunday.

WWP-09: W-2 Cases with 20Pct or More Benefit Reduction

This report lists all participants who have a 20% or more sanction at pull-down. Gross payment, hourly reduction, percent reduction, and a breakdown of missed activities is included.

Load dates: Data is loaded at pull-down for the Payment Issuance Month.
