Once a settlement agreement has been reached to modify an enforcement action, BECR will issue a revised enforcement action specifying the terms of the new negotiated agreement (e.g., reduced forfeiture amount). The appeal rights section of the notice and all other appeal references (e.g., in the title and in the introductory text) must be deleted from the revised enforcement action issued by BECR. The OLC attorney must review and approve the revised notice.
