Adding New Employability Plans

When a participant needs to have a new EP created, the New Employability Plan button can be clicked to get started. This button is only available when the individual is enrolled in a program.

  • New Employability Plan
    • Click this button to start a new EP for this PIN.
    • This button is only available when the participant has an active enrollment in a program that uses EPs
    • Good to know! If there is an active Employability Plan, then the goals and activities that were not ended automatically transfer over during creation of the new subsequent EP. Once the new EP is Submitted, the old EP automatically ends. There is no need to end the current EP before starting a new one.
Viewing All Current and Historical Detail from Employability Plans

An overview of all current and past Goals or Activities is available from the historical buttons on this list page. These options provide the same level of detail you would find in the EP, but for all submitted or ended EPs. From here, the worker can more easily review what has gone before and help them determine what may need to be included in the future.
