6.3.3 Making Up Missed Hours of Participation
The participant’s work schedule may fluctuate due to the need to make up work hours missed earlier in the week.
The following table outlines how make-up hours should be recorded:

If the participant makes up missed hours: |

Record the hours in WWPWWP under Make-Up hours. |

Outside the week they were scheduled or not at all |
Calculate all remaining missed hours as nonparticipation or apply the good cause policy when appropriate. (See 11.2.1 and 11.3.2) |
