Your log-on ID must meet certain criteria
before you may access the Vital Records screens. If one of the following
errors occurs when you try to access a birth record, contact your agency security officer.

"You are not authorized to access this application." |
Either your ID is not in the appropriate security group, or your worker type is "INAC" (inactive). |
"You are not associated with a valid FIPS Agency Code." |
Your log-on ID is identified as belonging to a FIPs code that is not a Wisconsin child support agency. |
