Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
If the public school program is observed to be substantially noncompliant during the initial on-site visit, and the licensing specialist believes that the health and safety of children could be in jeopardy, s/he must discuss the situation with the licensing manager/licensing supervisor as soon as possible to determine the action BECR may need to take to address the situation. It may be necessary for the licensing manager/licensing supervisor to verbally alert the school district representative of the licensing specialist’s observations and concerns, and request prompt corrective action. (See section 8.)
