Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
A licensing specialist may have concerns regarding the number and type of violations that are cited at a public school program, as well as the program’s failure to make the necessary corrections to address these violations. When these concerns rise to a level that suggests additional intervention is needed, beyond simply documenting the violations, the licensing specialist must seek the assistance of the licensing manager/licensing supervisor.
