Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
The Enforcements module in WISCCRS captures all enforcement action information. Violations and/or complaints that have been entered for a licensed facility can be attached to specific enforcement actions. Enforcement actions are displayed on the Regulated Child Care and YoungStar Public Search website the day after they are entered into WISCCRS. The step-by-step procedure for entering denial information into the Enforcements module in WISCCRS is explained in the WISCCRS User Guide on Enforcements.
All documents that are part of a facility file are uploaded to WISCCRS, including the Notice of Denial. The notice is uploaded in the Enforcements section along with all related documentation, such as the hearing decision, stipulated settlement agreement, etc. If a child abuse and neglect investigation finding is the basis of the denial, the child protective services documents, along with any associated law enforcement reports or other related documents, should be uploaded in the Confidential Documents section in WISCCRS. For more information on record keeping, see the chapter titled Facility Files in the Record Keeping section of the procedure manual.
