At the time that the application is submitted to the appropriate BECR regional office, the applicant includes the probationary licensing fee of $15.12 (based on the formula of 1/4 of the total two-year license fee of $60.50). Licensing fees must be paid by check or money order or by accessing the E-Payment module in the Child Care Provider Portal.
