Child Care Background Check Procedures
Wis. Admin. Code ยง DCF 13 provides a list of criteria that may be considered in determining whether the crime for which the person has been convicted substantially relates to licensure or certification, employment, or household member residency. The CBU (and in some cases the certification agency) considers the following criteria related to the job, offense and individual when making a determination.
