If a revocation is reversed as a result of the review / appeal process, the certification category in WISCCRS must be modified from ‘Revocation Appealed’ back to ‘Approved’ with the original end date. The certification agency must notify the department so the operator’s YoungStar status can be changed from 1 Star to the star level that was there prior to revocation (see Section 10.4).
