10.5 - Payment During Review / Appeal Process

Effective July 1, 2012 an operator who has requested a review / appeal of a revocation or suspension will be assigned a 1-Star rating during the appeal process. A 1-Star rating means the operator is not eligible for Wisconsin Shares subsidy reimbursement while in appeal status.
