Child Care Certification Policy Manual
When a county or tribal agency subcontracts certification and approves access to WISCCRS and / or WebI, a “data exchange agreement” may be used to outline the specific designated staff authorized to receive the information, type of access, permitted purpose, protections against unauthorized disclosure, requirements and / or restrictions under the agreement.

Current Users Needing Change in Level of Access for Existing County/Tribe
A person’s supervisor can approve a change in level of access to an application, via Email to the DCFServiceDesk@wisconsin.gov, but only for the Counties/Tribes the person currently has access for.
Current Users Need Change in County/Tribe System Access
If the change needed is to add an additional County/Tribe to an individual’s security access, a new system access request form must be completed, signed by the individual’s supervisor and by the County/Tribal Security Officer for the County the individual is requesting to add.
