Civil Rights Compliance

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) receives federal money from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as a result we must comply with Federal Civil Rights laws and regulations. Since this is the source of the funds you have received or will receive from DCF, you also, are required, as a condition of the receipt these funds, to comply with these same Civil Rights laws.
