Fraud and Claim Referrals
Subsidy Monitoring Reviews
Targeted Case Reviews (TCR)
Local agencies may be required to complete a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to prevent future errors of the same type (see Appendix III– Local Agency Program Integrity Management).
