Wis. Stat. s. 49.155	WISCONSIN SHARES; CHILD CARE SUBSIDY: Includes all Wisconsin Shares-specific statutes. Wis. Stat. s. 49.155(1m) ELIGIBILITY: Includes child age, approved activities, nonfinancial and financial criteria. Wis Stat. s. 49.155(3m)(e) DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD CARE FUNDS: 40% Rule (Only applicable to licensed providers) Wis. Stat. s. 49.155(6m) CHILD CARE PROVIDER RECORD KEEPING: Requirement to maintain and retain attendance records. Wis.
