16.2.2 Learnfare School Definition
A school is defined as any one of the following:
Public school;
Private school;
Tribal school;
Department of Public Instruction (DPI) registered home educational program including home-based and home school instruction;
Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) school; or
DPI-approved high school equivalency course of study.
