16.2.2 Learnfare School Definition
A school is defined as any one of the following:
- Public school;
- Private school;
- Tribal school;
- Department of Public Instruction (DPI) registered home educational program including home-based and home school instruction;
- Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) school; or
- DPI-approved high school equivalency course of study.
