15.6 Good Cause Claim for Noncooperation
When an applicant or participant files a good cause claim with the W-2W-2 agency, the W-2 agency must determine whether there is good cause for the noncooperation.
If a case is open for both W-2 and Child Care, only the W-2 agency determines when there is good cause for the noncooperation.
