15.4.4 W-2 Agency’s Access to the Child Support Automated System

The Child Support automated system KIDSKIDSKids Information Data System includes information about custodial parents’ noncooperation with child support.

FEPFEPFinancial and Employment Planners can request FIQYFIQYFIQY is a type of security access to KIDS known as "Full Inquiry" to KIDS. FIQY includes access to more screens in KIDS than GIQY access which is known as "General Inquiry" to KIDS. For example, FIQY access allows the worker to access information in KIDS about a custodial parent's cooperation with the Child Support Agency (CSA). access to view the KIDS noncooperation screens through their agency security officer.

FEPs cannot determine NCPNCPNoncustodial Parent’s noncooperation using the KIDS noncooperation screens. NCP’s cooperation must be determined by contacting the CSACSAChild Support Agency directly.
