The CSA will not charge a fee for services provided to W-2 participants. When a participant leaves the W-2 program or is determined ineligible, child support services will continue automatically. There will be no new application fee or application process necessary. However, if the individual leaves the W-2 program or is determined ineligible and also requests his or her child support case be closed and then reapplies for child support services, the individual is subject to the child support fee structure and to court costs.
