15.2.2 Fees for the CSA’s Services
The CSACSA does not charge a fee for services provided to W-2W-2 participants.
When a participant leaves the W-2 program or is determined ineligible, child support services will continue automatically. A new application fee or application process is not required.
However, if an individual leaves the W-2 program or is determined ineligible and requests their child support case be closed, the individual is subject to the child support fee structure and court costs for any future applications for child support services.
