14.3 Participation Requirements for Second Parent in a W-2 Two-Parent Household

Participation requirements for the second parent in a W-2W-2Wisconsin Works two-parent household are determined by whether the family is receiving Wisconsin Shares subsidized child care.

When the second parent is required or volunteers to participate, the FEPFEPFinancial and Employment Planner must create an EPEPEmployability Plan for the second parent. (See 6.1)
