10.4.1 W-2 Payment Statement

When reductions are applied to the W-2W-2Wisconsin Works payment, participants receive a CARESCARESClient Assistance for Reemployment and Economic Support generated Wisconsin Works Payment Statement (BIL1) prior to payment issuance, indicating:

  • The gross payment amount;
  • Any reductions due to missed hours;
  • Learnfare reductions;
  • Drug felon penalties;
  • Recoupments; and
  • The net payment.
