10.4.1  W-2 Payment Statement

When reductions are applied to the W-2Wisconsin Works payment, participants receive a CARESClient Assistance for Reemployment and Economic Support generated Wisconsin Works Payment Statement (BIL1) prior to payment issuance, indicating:

·        The gross payment amount;

·        Any reductions due to missed hours;

·        Learnfare reductions;

·        Drug felon penalties;

·        Recoupments; and

·        The net payment.
