7.3.2 Service Delivery Models
There are two service delivery models in TEMPTEMP:
- Matching model; and
- Sector model.
7.3.2.1 Matching Model
The matching model matches individuals to available subsidized jobs that require a specific set of skills, abilities, and aptitudes.
The matching model places individuals into subsidized jobs that align with their skills, abilities, and aptitudes. This model relies on:
- A comprehensive assessment of the individual’s skills, abilities, and aptitudes; and
- A review of the subsidized job requirements to ensure an appropriate match.
7.3.2.2 Sector Model
The sector model provides sector-specific training that prepares individuals for subsidized jobs in those sectors. The sector or sectors available depend on the partnerships with subsidized employers and training providers developed by the W-2 agency.
