4.4.1 Electronic Case File (ECF)

The Electronic Case File (ECF) is a paperless case file system that uses document imaging (scanning) to store case file materials in an electronic format.

To ensure the effectiveness of ECFECFElectronic Case File in maintaining consistent retention of and access to case file documentation, W-2W-2Wisconsin Works agencies must follow program policy with respect to the maintenance of case file information.
