16.3.3  Case Management Requirements

Once enrolled, Learnfare case management requires that:

1.             The child and their parent must participate in the assessment and development of the Learnfare Case Management Plan and the parent must sign the plan once completed.

2.             If the child is a dropout, the parent must provide verification of the child’s return to school and attendance within seven working days of the date a school is available.

3.             The child and their parent must attend meetings scheduled and moderated by the FEPFinancial and Employment Planner or Learnfare case manager.

4.             Each individual in the W-2 Group must participate in the activities assigned to them in the Learnfare Case Management Plan.
