5.6.3  Workplace Safety for Domestic Abuse Victims

When developing or modifying the EPEmployability Plan, the FEPFinancial and Employment Planner must take into consideration the results of the Domestic Abuse Screen (see 5.6.1) and any follow-up assessment information to ensure the participant can safely engage in assigned W-2Wisconsin Works activities without risk of violence from a partner.

The FEP should take into consideration for each activity:

·        Time of day;

·        Location;

·        On-site supervision, etc.
