Change Your Account Profile or Password

Follow instructions below to change your password or your profile (e.g., your last name changes).

1. Access the DWD/Wisconsin Logon Management System https://www.dwd.state.wi.us/accountmanagement/default.aspx
   
2. If you know your password and want to change it, click the Password Management link displayed under 'Change Your Password.

If you don't know your password, click the User Name/Password Recovery link displayed under Forgot Your User Name or Password?

If you do not successfully change your password, click the link to the DWD Service Desk.

Note: Changing your profile data (name, phone number, email, etc.) on the Wisconsin Logon Management System does not update your information in KIDS.
