Overview of Online Vital Records

Remember: You must have a child-support-related business reason to view these records.

The Vital Records system allows you to:

• Search for and view birth records for an individual born in Wisconsin
• Print an unofficial (without a state seal) version of the birth certificate
• Request a manual search of a birth record not found online.
