6.1.1 Introduction

There are two levels of review under the EAEAEmergency Assistance Dispute Resolution process:

  1. Fact Finding Review (see 6.2); and
  2. Departmental Review (see 6.3).

The purpose of the Fact Finding Review is to resolve disputes for applicants who disagree with a W-2W-2Wisconsin Works agency’s decision. A Departmental Review may be requested if an individual disagrees with a Fact Finding decision.
