4.6.1 EA Payments in SPARC

W-2W-2Wisconsin Works agencies must utilize the state System for Payments and Reports of Contracts (SPARC) to submit EAEAEmergency Assistance expenses to DCFDCFDepartment of Children and Families. SPARC instructions, account information, and reports can be found on the SPARC Homepage. 

Emergency Assistance payments for eligible applicants must be issued by the W-2 agency. (See Chapter 5) DCF will process EA reimbursement requests according to the schedule outlined in the W-2 contract.
