Once you sign up and create an account you will receive a 6-digit number security code. When this is displayed you will be directed to sign-in to CSOS. Once signed in go to Case Info and click Send Case Information to Legal Tune Up
Select the court cases that you would like to share with LIFT Wisconsin and the LegalTuneUp app. This is your information and LIFT Wisconsin will only see the information you choose to share with them. You can share more with them by selecting all cases. If you choose to only share one case, you can restart the process and get a new security code from the LegalTuneUp app to share more cases with them in the future.
After you select the court cases you wish to share with LegalTuneUp put the code you received into the box and press submit. If you have any issues with the security code sign into LegalTuneUp and request a new code. If you still have issues with the security code reach out to LIFT Wisconsin info@liftwisconsin.org. The CSOS Helpdesk cannot help with LIFT Wisconsin or LegalTuneUp security codes.
