Hours of Business

The Child Support Online Services web site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during normal system-maintenance hours and unexpected outages. A message will appear on the Welcome page if the web site will be unavailable for system maintenance.

The customer service representatives are available by phone weekdays (Monday through Friday), from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
