Payment Coupons

Only parents who owe support will be able to see and print payment coupons.

Use this coupon to pay your support if your employer is not withholdingThe payer's employer sends a portion of his/her paycheck in to pay the employee's child support debt. support, if you are unemployed, or to pay towards past-due supportSupport owed but not paid as ordered. Also called "arrears.". Do not use this coupon to pay your Receiving and Disbursing (R&D) fee; use the R&D coupon.

Child Support Liens  

Do not use the payment coupon to pay off a child support lien.  If you need to pay off a child support lien, contact your local child support agency for a special form. Click here for child support agency addresses and phone numbers.

You may use the payment coupon available on this web site, unless you are making a payment towards a lien amount as part of an agreement with your child support agency. To apply a payment to court cases with a lien, follow the “Optional” instructions on the coupon.

R&D Fee Coupons

You will be able to see and print the R&D fee coupon only if you still owe this year’s fee or unpaid fees from past years.  Do not use the R&D coupon for any other type of payment.
