3.10 Policies and Procedures and Policy Checklist

For some facilities, the paper version of the policies and procedures is too large to be maintained in a facility file and may be filed separately. For multi-site agencies, polices are kept with one facility file. Other facility files for the same licensee should contain a note explaining where the policies are located.

• Most recent policies and procedures and most recent policy checklist

• Collaborative agreements (4K, Head Start, etc.)
