9.2 WISCCRS Entry

In addition to recording complaint information in the Complaint/Incident Reporting Module in WISCCRS, referrals to the public school program also must be entered. On the Complaint/Incident screen, using the link to Referral, “School Board” should be chosen from the “Referred To” dropdown box. The “Referral Reason” field should include a comment that briefly states that the referral is made to the public school program contact person and/or school district representative because the allegations are not related to possible violations of rules included in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag. The Complaint/Incident Intake is generated in PDF format and can be attached to the email that is sent to the public school program contact person and/or school district representative.
