Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
Although all licensing rules are important for protecting the health and safety of children in care, serious violations are violations of rules designated as particularly critical to assuring the safety of children. Serious violations are identified in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag and on the DCF Internet.
