Wis. Admin. Code § DCF 251.05(3)(c) – CLOSE SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN - On December 8, 2017 at 1 p.m., child #1 was left alone in the outdoor play space without staff supervision for a five-minute period following the lunch break.
