Rule summary statements, comprised of just a few descriptive words, are displayed on the DCF-294A to give the reader a “quick take” on the subject matter of the violation. The identification of each violation includes the corresponding rule summary statement title. For example, the violation of the administrative rule number Wis. Admin. Code § DCF 251.05(3)(c) would be headed with the summary statement, ‘Close supervision of children’.
When the DCF-294A is completed in the mobile app or entered in WISCCRS, the summary statement is automatically identified when the administrative rule number is entered on the form. The summary statement will appear in bold print to make it conspicuous.
