5.5 Rules Regarding Exceptions and Additional Requirements for Care of School-Age Children

There are special exceptions and requirements for public school programs that serve only school-age children and public school programs that serve school-age children in groups separate from children who are under 5 years of age. Public school programs that serve only school-age child must meet all requirements under Wis. Admin. Code §§ DCF 251.04 to 251.08 and 251.11, except for exclusions listed under Wis. Admin.
