5.2 Only Some of the Rules Pertaining to a Section are Met on Day of Visit

For some administrative rules, there are one or more sub-level rules identified as relevant to meeting the overall high-level rule. The high-level rule addresses the overall requirement while the sub-level rules address the specific components that must be met to meet the high-level rule requirement. When there is a violation of one or more sub-level rules, the sub-level rule(s) in violation are marked unmet, but the overall high-level rule is left blank for that visit. When all sub-level rules related to the high-level rule are met on a visit, the overall high-level rule can then be marked met. For example:
