4.4 Correcting Violations Cited on the DCF-294A

It is the responsibility of the public school program to correct all violations. The licensing specialist does not verify correction of the violations until the next annual monitoring visit, when the licensing specialist returns to once again review the rules contained in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag. If the program is out of compliance with the same rule that was cited at a subsequent visit (within the previous two-year look back period), this violation will be automatically identified in WISCCRS as a repeat violation.
