On rare occasions, the licensing specialist (or licensing manager/licensing supervisor) will decide to rescind one or all violations cited on the DCF-294A after it has been delivered to the program. If any violations remain, this is accomplished by issuing a revised DCF-294A. The licensing specialist deletes the violations originally entered into WISCCRS. Should all violations be rescinded, the DCF-785C is completed and issued to reflect the revised results.
