2.5 First Monitoring Visit Following the Initial On-Site Visit

Annual monitoring of each public school program’s compliance with applicable administrative rules is achieved through annual on-site visits. The licensing specialist begins routine monitoring visits approximately one year after the initial on-site visit and includes a review of all health and safety rules included in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag. The results are documented on the DCF-294A or DCF-785C, entered in WISCCRS, and shared with the public school program director. (See section 3.)
