The administrative rule requirement to post the results of the monitoring visit in the center itself is not identified in the Annual Health and Safety Rule Tag. Therefore, the licensing specialist does not cite a violation when the results are not posted on-site. However, the licensing specialist should remind staff that the requirement to post visit results on-site is a rule requirement in Wis. Admin. Code ยง 251 and therefore one of the licensing standards that a public school program is expected to meet.
