Temporary closure agreements are uploaded into WISCCRS in Documents, under Location Details.
If, after the investigation is concluded and a child abuse and neglect (CAN) investigation finding is the basis of the subsequent revocation, the CAN report, along with any associated law enforcement reports or other related documents, should be uploaded in confidential documents in WISCCRS.
