Child Care Licensing Procedure Manual
When it is necessary to proceed with a revocation, based on the outcome of the investigation, the licensing manager/licensing supervisor informs the BECR director and receives authorization for the licensing specialist to draft and issue the Notice of Revocation. The licensee should be reminded of the conditions of the closure agreement, including his or her agreement to remain closed during revocation proceedings.
